GBKF Reserved IDs
The GBKF format allows to define a "Specification ID", similar to a "sub-extension". This allows readers to identify the top-level specification, to correctly read the file.
For example, we can imagine that there is a chat company that want to reserve the range 2000-2100, and their break-down of top-level specifications is the following:
- 2000: User data and settings.
- 2001: Servers data
- 2002: Rooms data.
- 2003: Chat messages.
- etc...
So you are free to reserve a range of specification ID's and use them as you need.
